Composer, filmmaker, writer and multimedia creator, Shashi Preetam has spent decades exploring creativity across music, cinema, storytelling, design and technology. Known for bringing together artistic instinct and technical understanding, he leads Creative Species with one simple belief: creativity has no single form—it evolves.

Dr Aishwarya Krishna Priya

A psychologist and the founder of Acro Mental Health & Wellness Clinic, Dr Aishwarya Krishna Priya brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional wellbeing to Creative Species. Combining psychological insight with a contemporary creative outlook, she contributes a unique human perspective to the ideas and experiences we create.

Business Consultant

A seasoned marketing and business development professional with over 30 years of experience across marketing, events and multinational brands, Vishwanathan has been associated with Creative Species for nearly half a decade, including his role as Director – Business Development. Now serving as our Business Consultant, he brings strategic perspective, industry experience and a strong understanding of brands and business relationships to the team.

Madhuri Sharada

With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing across the healthcare, travel and tourism sectors, Madhuri Sharada brings a wealth of expertise to Creative Species. Her strong understanding of sales strategy and operations adds valuable commercial insight and executional strength to the organisation.

Swetaa Varma

An actor, programme host, model, social media influencer and popular reality television personality, Swetaa Varma brings over a decade of experience across films, television, media, events, PR and marketing. Her strong understanding of public engagement, media visibility and contemporary audience culture brings a dynamic perspective to Creative Species.

Anirudh Mantripragada

A BTech graduate with a creative flair for acting, Anirudh Mantripragada is an experienced senior editor whose work spans feature films, short films, corporate videos and numerous brand promotions. As Head of Technology at Creative Species, he brings together technical expertise and creative sensibility. He is also a faculty member at NAC-SPACE Academy, Hyderabad, contributing his experience to the next generation of filmmakers.

Ananth Ravi Varma

A postgraduate in Filmmaking and Direction from Amity University, New Delhi, Ananth Ravi Varma brings over 15 years of experience in visual storytelling. His work spans corporate films, short films and television shows, combining cinematic sensibility with a strong understanding of creative communication.

Hemanth Kumar Brindavanam

Primarily a musician and choir composer, Hemanth Kumar Brindavanam has also worked as a music arranger in the Telugu film industry. With over 30 years of experience coordinating large-scale film productions, events and concerts, he brings exceptional expertise in managing people, resources and complex operations. His ability to bring structure and coordination to large creative environments is a valuable asset to Creative Species.

Dursheti Shivani

With a Master’s degree in Visual Effects and a strong foundation in post-production, Dursheti Shivani brings sharp technical skills and a keen creative eye to Creative Species. A quick learner with an instinct for evolving technologies and creative tools, she contributes to shaping visuals that are both technically refined and imaginatively engaging.
